Purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes: handling the inquiry or question you send through the contact form, performing a concluded contract and providing services, the controller's legitimate interests in customer care and in offering related solutions, compliance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations), and keeping records of attendees of professional events (training courses, seminars, workshops).

Legal basis

We process personal data on the following legal grounds (Article 6(1) GDPR): consent of the data subject (point a) for processing that cannot be based on another ground; performance of a contract (point b) to which the data subject is a party, or steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract; and the controller's legitimate interests (point f) in direct marketing towards existing customers and business partners.

Categories of data processed

We process in particular: identification and contact details (first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, job position), communication records and the content of the message you send through the contact form, billing details once a contractual relationship is concluded, and attendance records for events organized by ALTEPRO solutions.

Retention period

We process personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, but no longer than five years from the last contact, unless another mandatory archiving period is laid down by law (in particular in accounting and tax legislation).

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties beyond the exemptions provided by law. The only processors of our systems are vetted infrastructure suppliers bound by a data processing agreement; we operate all systems on our own infrastructure within the European Union and do not transfer data outside the EU.

Your rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR you have the right to: request access to your personal data (Art. 15), have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16), have data erased — the “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20), object to processing (Art. 21) and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@altepro.cz. We will handle your request free of charge and no later than one month from receiving it.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies, which serve to ensure the site functions correctly and to store your preferences (for example your choice of language version). These cookies do not process personally identifiable information.
